September is Hunger Action Month! This is a special time when we come together to raise awareness and take action to combat hunger in our community.
This September, we’re calling on our community to Give Now, because food shouldn’t be an impossible choice.
We can end hunger when we all work together.
Throughout this month, we are calling on our supporters to join us in four impactful ways: Donate, Volunteer, and Advocate. Your involvement can make a significant difference in the lives of those experiencing food insecurity.
DONATE
When people are fed, futures are nourished. Your $1 can help create six meals!
With every dollar donated, 500+ partner pantries and meal programs are supported, our neighbors are empowered to bring home healthy food, and we move toward a future with a nourished life for every Kentuckian.
VOLUNTEER
Your time and effort are invaluable. Whether it’s sorting food donations or helping at distribution events, your contribution as a volunteer is crucial. Learn more.
ADVOCATE
Use your voice to support policies and initiatives that address hunger. Reach out to local representatives, participate in community forums, and stay informed about hunger-related issues. Your advocacy can lead to lasting change. Learn more.
