DONOR RELATIONSHIPS SPECIALIST – FULL TIME

God’s Pantry Food Bank is seeking a full time Donor Relationships Specialist to be an integral part of the Donor Relationships & Communications Team. The major emphasis of this position is gift and database management and donor stewardship, as well as support for annual individual giving and oversight of the recurring donor program.

Experience in constituent management databases such as The Raisers Edge is required. Nonprofit or fundraising experience is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, good communication skills and attention to detail are critical. Exceptional people and relationship skills are necessary, as well as flexibility in handling multiple tasks.

Given that God’s Pantry Food Bank is both a crisis response and an ongoing service agency, it is necessary that staff be adaptable, creative and able to deal with rapid change and unusual demands of time and effort.  It is also imperative that excellent working relationships and a positive atmosphere be maintained with not only the staff, but with donors, volunteers, clients and all others with whom the employee comes in contact while representing God’s Pantry Food Bank.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Associates Degree and two years of related experience.
