Lexington: Monday to Thursday 9 am to 3:30 pm, and Friday 9 am to noon.
Prestonsburg: Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm.
Both warehouses closed September 5th for a staff retreat, September 30th for inventory.

News from Operations
1) In order to facilitate a continuing higher output of poundage, and therefore increasing the availability of product to our agencies, we have had to take into effect the following procedures:
All orders will be entered into our system at maximum two weeks before the requested pick-up from Warehouse, or Drop Order date.
All pickup orders will be held in our Warehouse for two weeks at most.
2) We strive to offer agencies greater availability of Fresh Produce.
Produce is indeed fresh product, and as such cannot be held on advance order.
Drop Delivery agencies please note: When space is available on our trucks, we will transport in-stock produce to the drop site for distribution.

Prestonsburg Warehouse
At our Prestonsburg warehouse we continue to utilize a walk-in shopping system.
All shopping is first come, first serve, except for TEFAP items, which are allocated. (Please see the ‘TEFAP’ tab to the left of screen.)
The Warehouse Supervisor reserves the right to place limits on items.
Public Notice
This inventory list is updated regularly and includes product that can be
accessed by Food Bank Member Agencies. This page is for their use but
visitors may browse the list to see examples of what we currently have in
stock.
Charges per pound represent a shared maintenance fee, a standard
contribution among Food Bank Member Agencies for product that they
receive. Shared maintenance fees range from $0.00 to $0.19 per pound and
help cover transportation and warehousing costs for the product.
