Although our Prestonsburg warehouse is ‘Walk In Orders Only’, you may still view their inventory under the ‘Inventory/Ordering’ tab.

Online Ordering (Lexington Site Only):
Online Ordering does NOT mean sending us an email, as the online ordering system for Lexington is only available through our web site.
The Inventory List is updated at the end of each workday (Monday thru Friday).
We now have 175 agencies signed up for the Online Ordering Program.

Online ordering requires internet access. To sign up for online ordering, send Peter peter@godspantry.org an email with the following information:
Info needed:
a) Agency Name
b) Agency Number
c) Email Address (supplied on email to Peter as outlined above)
d) Contact Person (usually the person who will enter the orders, or receive the info email)
Peter would then respond with an email and provide the agency with a user ID and password, along with a detailed set of instructions for placing an order.

Order Process:
Online Orders (Lexington Site Only) will be entered into the system FIRST, and BEFORE all other types of orders.
We will continue to utilize the “first come, first serve” process for all other types of orders received (whether via email, via fax, or walk-in).
We are working on a plan on Online Ordering for the Prestonsburg site, but are at least a year away from the capabilities necessary to achieve that.

TEFAP Allocations (Lexington and Prestonsburg):
All TEFAP allocations applicable to the Lexington and Prestonsburg warehouses are now on our website http://www.godspantry.org under the “AGENCIES” tab, then the “TEFAP” tab on the left side of the screen. Simply click on the appropriate warehouse, then the item you are interested in and look for your allocation.
There are be paper print-outs available at the Welcome Center Desk area at both the Lexington and Prestonsburg sites.
